IMPLEMENT
An experienced facilitator will review your program's needs by conducting a formal needs assessment.
Facilitators will assist in the guidance and implementation of the recommendations included in the strategic plan.
Included in the needs assessment (approx 1-2hrs in duration):
-Leadership Onboarding
-All Staff Climate & Culture Assessment
-Recommendations for Implementation
Our experienced facilitators will assist you with identifying the right path to begin your journey in the implementation of Pyramid Model/PBIS. Research indicates that implementation of PBIS with fidelity typically averages about 3-5 years for Tier 1 & requires a strong commitment from administration. SPEC facilitators will provide answers to questions about the implementation timeline & process.
© 2014 SPEC | Supporting Positive Environments for Children
There are many options for implementation. Each early childhood program & LEA is unique. Therefore, one size does not fill all. In order to provide the right level of support for each program & LEA, SPEC facilitators will provide a no cost on-site or remote needs assessment. This needs assessment will provide administration with options to begin the implementation process. We also recognize that each program & LEA has resource limitations. Our experienced team of professionals can help explore a variety of ways to support funding; which may include submission of applications for grant funds.
